Find Out Why Kettlebell Exercises Are A Mainstay In Our Exercise Programs!
We have been using kettlebell exercises for a long time now and they quickly become favorites of those who train with us. Although they may not as "mainstream" as some of the other fitness tools out there, kettlebells definitely pack a knock out punch and deliver results fast. These exercises, for the most part, fall into two categories; "Ballistics" and "Grinds". Kettlebell Ballistics create total body strength and power, they will also have you sucking wind in a matter of moments. High repetition ballistics have helped many people lose weight at an astounding rate. These are coordinated movements that teach the user to use the body as a whole unit, the way your body is designed. The Kettlebell Swing is a great example of a basic ballistic exercise. Kettlebell Grinds are high tension strength exercises. They, again, require the user to focus on the full body, but will place more load on specific areas of the body. The Press is a great example of a Kettlebell "Grind". Follow the links below for descriptions of some of our favorite Kettlebell movements.
The Two Handed Swing

The Turkish Get Up

The Kettlebell Snatch
